Return Policy StickerFiesta

All of us at StickerFiesta.com are committed to making sure our customers are satisfied with our products. In the event your stickers, wall clings or other items are not what you expected you are welcome to return them within 30 days of the purchase date.

No questions asked! You may return them for any reason, it is helpful for us to learn why, but there aren’t special rules.

Contact us by email at service@stickerfiesta.com for RMA number to include on your package. You must provide your receipt and order number from StickerFiesta.com, orders at 3rd party websites are not returnable here and we cannot vouch for items purchased at other sites.

Ship it to our returns processing center (you may want tracking and insurance as we cannot refund items that are not recieved by us)

Charges and Credits:

Shipping charges – Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to StickerFiesta.com. If you received free shipping on your order, we will give you a 100% refund minus a $.99 shipping charge (99 cents).

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order or item was damaged during shipping, or if there are incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.

Email us service@stickerfiesta.com with your order number and a full description of the issue. For any damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim.  After you have completed the above instructions an RMA number will be issued and a shipping label will be sent for your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.

Replacements cannot be issued without an RAN (return authorization number) being assigned first.  The window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.
